These Terms govern your use of Wealthiness (the "Service"), operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Mumbai, India (the "Operator", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a plan you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Wealthiness provides AI-generated business and income plan documents, market research summaries, 90-day operating plans, and related educational content. All content is produced by automated systems (currently Anthropic's Claude API) based on your onboarding answers and public information available at the time of generation.
The Service sells a digital product — a downloadable AI-generated business-plan PDF. It does not provide consulting, advisory, financial-planning, accounting, legal, or software-development services. No human professionals are engaged on the user's behalf; nothing is custom-built for the user beyond the automated AI generation of the document.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws of your jurisdiction when using the Service.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at info@wealthiness.biz if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. AI-generated content — important notice
Plans, blueprints, projections, market sizes, tool prices, tax references, and any other figures shown by the Service are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, out of date, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You must independently verify every material fact — particularly financial, tax, legal, regulatory, and pricing details — before acting on it. 5. No earnings guarantee
Income figures, monthly targets, and growth projections shown in any plan are illustrative, not promises. Results depend entirely on your effort, capital, market conditions, and circumstances. Most people who start a side business or new venture do not reach the projected income; some make no money at all.
6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, resell, or republish generated plans as your own product.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the platform.
- Submit deceptive onboarding answers to extract content for resale.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, brand, design, source code, and prompt-engineering behind plan generation are owned by the Operator. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to the specific plan(s) you purchase: read, save, print, and act on the content for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute plan content. AI-generated text in your plan ordinarily attracts no separate copyright; the curated structure, prompts, and platform around it do.
8. Payments, taxes, and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as merchant of record. Prices shown include applicable tax based on your country. Paddle issues tax-compliant invoices automatically. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Subscriptions
Subscriptions, when offered, auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Auto-renewal pricing changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or losses arising from decisions you make based on plan content. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Operator from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable consumer right you have under your local law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes are emailed to active users; continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.
